Explore a range of options mixed media techniques, incorporating journaling, collage, and painting to create a unique artist’s book. All supplies are provided - and participants are welcome to bring their own arts and craft supplies. This workshop is open to all levels of experience and will be tailored to each individual's interests and needs.
Participants can expect an interactive and hands-on learning experience, where they will have the opportunity to play with different materials and styles. The workshop will begin with a brief introduction to the basics of bookbinding and mixed media techniques, followed by guided prompts and exercises to get creativity flowing.
Throughout the workshop, participants will also learn about composition, color theory, layering techniques, and how to incorporate text into their artwork. By the end of the session, each participant will have created their own unique artist's book that reflects their personal style and creativity.
